| It's been a while.
We went shoping today. I thought the lines would be horrible, but they weren't that bad.
I got pretty much everything I wanted for Christmas, some of it I got
today though, b/c of smart relatives who gave me $$ to buy what I
like. I got some accesories for my camera from mom &
dad. "Santa's helper" left me Mary Kay stuff in my
stocking. I got the new-ish Cd's by KJ-52 and Superchic[k] from
my Grandparents. Of course my Aunt gave me cute "unmentionables",
b/c it's become a tradition. My little bro gave me a really cool neclace with the Christian fish on it.
My sister gave me a track jacket. Everyone else gave me money or
gift cards, which I put together and bought a Boombox and jacket that
were on sale today.
I have had a really good and peaceful Christmas. My lowest low
was probably when my mom was stressed, b/c the house wasn't just the
way she wanted it. You know the saying, "If Mom ain't happy,
ain't nobody happy.", well it applied on Christmas Eve. The only
other bad thing that happened was my cd player on my old boombox died,
hence the reason for the new one.
I hope you all had a great Christmas and I hope you have a happy New Year.
I am sending extra love and prayers to all my friends this Christmas Season.
Hopefully, we'll get our card and letter out soon to.

| The meet went well yesterday. I had to leave early, but when I left we were in 2nd and behind by only 5 points.   I dropped 5 seconds off my 500. If I keep dropping time like that I'll have a state time for sure.
The X-mas thing was cool. I mostly played with my little cousins. They were so cute.
We had another Christmas exchange today. This one was with my
g-ma, g-pa, aunt, and uncle. It was ok. My g-parents gave
me a video game that I had taken off my list, b/c I got it for my lil
bro. But that just means I now have $$ to spend on cds that they
couldn't find.
School tomorrow, yuck. g2g so I can catch some zzzzzz.

| I got a digital camera for my birthday. Yes. It's not the
exact one that I wanted, but it is just as good and a lot less $$.
Swim meet tomorrow. Brian Invite, hopefully we do well. The guys placed 5th on Thursday.
After that, I get to go to IA for an early X-mas reunion thing-a-ma-jig.

| I turned ** years old yesterday. Yes. I got to go to the Creighton BBall game. GO JAYS!! It was great, they went into double overtime 
and just barely beat Dayton. But thankfully they did beat them.
*does happy dance*. I think I might go to the next home
game. They will be playing Nebraska. Not sure if I'll go yet, but
if your interested in joining me let me know.
Turkey Day was uneventful. We went from having 5 people come to just
our family. We went to see Harry Potter. It was pretty good, the
books are still a lot better, but this movie wasn't bad compared to the
first 3.

| I don't know why I am so excited right now. Maybe it doesn't come
down to one thing. I like lot's of things about
November. I love the weather, especially this year  .
Harry Potter is coming out soon, can't wait. Thanksgiving
& turkey are always good.
Work was ok tonight. It was really slow, but everyone was kinda loopy, so that made it interesting.
School was a waste of time today. Not only was it a half-day, but
almost everyone was at the volleyball game, or so they say  .
We didn't really do anything productive. This is one of the main
reasons that I don't like public school.
I really want my ACT scores to come. That may sound weird, but I
want to know how I did. I'm even more anxious to see how I did
than I was to take the test.
Tomorrow, there's a game night. Monday is the Junior Class meeting, seniors beware  .
